TERMS OF SERVICE

By providing payment for the booking retainer, you agree to all of the following Terms of Service, including any future changes to this agreement. Trade work between the photographer and another trader is also subject to the same Terms of Service.

Definitions

“Terms of Service”/“The Agreement”

This agreement between the Photographer and the Client, as found in its current state.

“Service”

The activity commissioned by the Client towards the Photographer to produce Images of a specific subject that the Client has authorization and is in lawful capability to commission as per local regulation.

“Images”

Any resulting product from the delivery of the service.
